BIGIQ cloud edition on AWS, issue when creating the application after initialized the service scaling group (per app VE WAF)

I am now trying the F5 BIGIQ Cloud edition and per app VE , when I have finished creating the service scaling group, then I started to create the application on BIGIQ Centralized Manager.

 

I have tried the two templates , Default-AWS-f5-HTTPS-WAF-lb-template and Default-AWS-f5-HTTPS-offload-lb-template, of course I have specified the SSG name, web server ip address and the AWS ELB domain name correctly; But after I click finish and wait for a moment, it prompts " Error encountered during deployment. Failed to deploy one or more applications."

 

There is no other error information shown on the WEBGUI, so is there anyone has the experience for creating the application on BIGIQ, is there any thing which I have missed? ANy idea?

 

For your information, I have not configured anything on the BIGIP PER APP VE when it is created due to SSG initialisation.
