BigIP VE - Multiple VLANs on single partition with single interface
Hi
We have current BigIP VE HA Pair with 3 partitions and 5 interfaces towards the VMWare ESXI in total.
A need has come up to add 3 more interfaces to the BigIP IP VE but we need to use the current VLANS attached to the vNICS.
The BigIPs connect to a Google Anthos solution and were wondering if
We can use the a single VLAN in more than one partition point to the same vNIC interface on VMWARE
Two partitions using same network interface?
Two partitions use different network interfaces connected to same VLAN. (so need to add new network interfaces to the F5 VMs and map it to same VMware port group)
HI, yes this actually helped a lot thanks. The information helped us as we realised the VLANS were actually in Common and not the particular partition.

Hey southern_shredd you could do this if these VLANs are in the Common partition. If a VLAN exists in one partition and you create a virtual server in a different partition, you won't see that partition on the list.
