BigIP 3400 , CPU FanSpeed 0

Dear Experts,

 

We have 3 Loadbalancer , Two are in Support model 4000, however one which Old model 3400 which is end of support end of life etc etc, but customer is still running it for one of their data-center, Now they are facing this issue of Fanspeed too low , on checking the cli below is the result

 

[admin@test:Active] ~ system_check -d Cpu 1: temperature 34, fan_speed 0 010d0002:2: Cpu 1: fan speed (0) is too low.

 

If we use blower to remove dust and carbon will its fan start working again. or it is some bug and it will not impact the operations.

 

I want to know what would be it's impact and what is the solution to this problem.
