BIG-IQ can't figure out Evaluation results

Evaluation means it is comparing the configuration you have in the BIGIQ for that BIGIP. Having the profile in the BIGIQ does not mean it applied to that BIGIP.

 

The other thing is that you refer to "both BIGIP", but in your image you only select one BIGIP.

 

Lastly, yes, if you re-import the LTM configuration for that BIGIP, it should show you the latest configuration.
