Since I think SSD disks are not reliable I'd prefer to choose BIG-IP10200v over BID-IP 10250v. Has BIG-IP10200v become end of sale?

Now you also have the 10255v which has 2xSSD in RAID1 mode.
vCMP platforms with hard disks have shown I/O issues, therefor SSD was a preferred choice.
