BIG-IP uses SWAP memory though TMM memory is free?

Hello Folks,

 

Can anyone please help me understand in which situation F5 uses SWAP memory, when TMM memory is available to use? I have diagnosed the QKview and found that TMM memory is freely available, however still BIG-IP used SWAP memory.

 

Does it indicate any memory issue?
