CirrusBIG-IP objects may not send gratuitous ARP requests on failover
The following objects will not GARP during a failover. The following virtual servers are affected by this issue:
'/Common/example.com' uses address '192.168.0.11'.
any idea about this

You should check the traffic-group of the object. Could it be that it is tied to traffic-group local-only?
