NacreousVS and pool are showing unknown because there is not health monitor assigned to it. Health monitor periodically checks the availability of the servers and though it's not mandatory it's advisable to use it so that if server is unavailable monitor will detect it and make the server down and not sending traffic there until it recovers.
For not showing pool name, you can create HTTP profile and encrypt the cookie which will encrypt the cookie values.

Thanks for reply, I double checked the pool health monitor, it attached to the pools, the pools status is green, but its VS is unknown.
