What are the virtual machine (VM) requirements for BIG-IP-LTM-VE for each of the variants(200M, 1G, 3G, 5G), interms of vCPU, diskspace, RAM and vNICs, while using VMware vSphere 5.0?

It should get you started on finding the information that you are looking for. Once you have the base module loaded and licensed you can look at the Provisioning section and it will tell you the required resources for additional modules.
