NimbostratusYou should also receive a log message in \var\log\ltm. We have seen this in versions >11.4.0 for Hyper-V. Not sure about versions <11.4.0.
Also, the command "tmctl -d blade -i tmm/if_shaper" will show dropped packets during a large transfer if your license is exceeded.
