Sep 30, 2014I've never seen the admin/root accounts disabled. If you can't get into the GUI with the admin account, you could try logging in via ssh (if ssh is enabled) using "root". You can reset the root password using http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/13000/100/sol13121.htmlp3
