AdminLACP is disabled in BIG-IP Virtual Edition as far as I know. You can enable a BOND interface if the hypervisor is configured appropriately (assuming all of them support it, I only find documentation for KVM). Details here: https://clouddocs.f5.com/cloud/public/v1/kvm/kvm_nic_bonding.html
