BIG IP 3600 is stuck in standby mode but can access AOM mode

I have a big IP 3600 series and the device went in standby mode after reboot and not coming UP .

 

Our support contract is finished and they are asking too much for renewal.

 

Is there any solution I can do it myself? I can access the AOM mode.

 

If it is a hardware issue then what can I change and how?
