If you can't bring up the GUI or the load balancer doesn't appear to be working correctly, you should contact F5 Support an open a trouble ticket.
If instead you'd like someone to come onsite to help you with your configuration, you can contact your sales rep to discuss engaging the F5 Consulting team for installation/configuration assistance.
They should be able to help you out.
