Best tool or application to get the details about CPU, Connections, utilization from F5's ?

We're using PRTG from Paessler in order to monitor our devices, via SNMP polling you can retrieve most of your mentioned statistics. And also set alarms in order to be every time informed via mail/sms/etc.

But i'm not sure if you can also poll the current connections.
