Batch Changes to IP Group Filters

Anyone have any tips on making batch changes to IP Group Filter rules? Many of the resource group filter rules we have were created with logging turned on, I want to turn off logging for all the rules in a group. Doing it one by one is pretty tedious, I'm looking for a faster way to do if one exists.
