Authenticate user on an application of the Report Servers

I have an application in Delphi. This application generates a URL specific to the Report Server (Report Server - srv115).

By accessing the Report Server, you must enter username and password field, so that the report is opened.

Have some configuration in IP BIG, which is able to pass user and password transparently without the user having to type.
