After reading through some of Craig's case notes, I can see this is a fairly complicated issue. It would probably be most efficient for you to open a case with F5 Support and provide them with tcpdumps and LTM logs showing the issue you're seeing intermittently. If you do so, have them reference C656224 as it may have some related info.
