NimbostratusASM pdf download issue
Hi,
WE have application behind ASM, we are trying to download/open pdf from application but we are getting error " Adobe Reader could not open 'xyz.pdf' because it is either not supported format type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
What could be the reason, We tried to add rule in policies to bypass ASM for that request URL.
We are running 11.6 HF4.

did you check the content of the downloaded PDF? it could be the ASM blocks it and you have actually downloaded the blockpage. opening it with notepad should show you that.
if that is the case you should check why the request was blocked and fix that.
