ASM not showing in Resource Provisioning
Hi,
we have purchased the $99 BIG-IP LAB license and I'm trying to enable the ASM module (which I understand is covered by the license) but it is not showing under the Resource Provisioning (screenshot attached). I've also attached the license screenshot.
The VM is provisioned with 4GB RAM, 2xvCPUs, 8GB of disk space.
How do I enable the ASM ?
Cheers!

Hi,
it's the official Vmware appliance downloaded from F5. The disk size is actually 42GB (not 8gb as I stated)
Version 10.2.4 build577 .0 running on Vmware ESXi 5.1
the document Scot linked to applies to version 11 on Hyper-V.
What else could I check?

Looking at the BIG-IP Product Matrix indicates that the minimum version for ASM VE is v11.0.0. ASM not available on 10.2.4.

as Scott mentioned, you should use 11.x.
is there any specific reason you have to run 10.x? if yes, you may contact f5 engineer.

the first two commands worked fine but the tmsh modify sys disk HD1 { vg-reserved 0 } throws "syntax error: 'disk' unexpected argument" . is there a conf file I can edit this in instead? - nitass
