Hi,

 

If the user see the OWA logon page form, it means the server is not configured with kerberos auth but form.

 

so you have 2 solutions:

 

  • configure Exchange OWA with kerberos authentication
  • configure F5 APM Form based client initiated SSO as described in Exchange deployment guide.
