APM VIP in front of coexistance exchange 2010/2016. APM loging not appending domain.
We are preparing for move to O365 and have an external VIP in front of exch 2016 servers. Outlook is configured for NTLM. Internally everything works fine (no APM). Externally when you log into the APM the domain is not passed to the OWA login page. Only the username is present at the OWA login page. I believe my issue is with the SSO kerberose/ User Realm Source? Running 12.1.2.

Hi,
If the user see the OWA logon page form, it means the server is not configured with kerberos auth but form.
so you have 2 solutions:
- configure Exchange OWA with kerberos authentication
- configure F5 APM Form based client initiated SSO as described in Exchange deployment guide.
