APM SSO Config for OWA 2007

I am trying to configure SSO within APM to be the front end for our OWA 2007 CAS servers however I am running into difficulties getting the credentials to pass from the F5 login screen to the OWA log...

APM definitely works with 2007 and as far as I know, SSO configuration should be the same. How did you configure APM? Did you use the iApp for Exchange 2010/2013? That iApp's configuration for OWA should work with 2007 as well.
