APM Portal access issue

Hi, I have an issue when i access the portal resource, it prompts me for authentication (username and password). If i entered wrong credentials, it presents me an authentication failed message. If i closed the portal resource page after that and opened it again, it will not prompts me for authentication and will presents the failed authentication page.

Is there a way to solve that so in case user entered wrong credentials, he will be prompted for authentication again?!
