APM ecp logoff page timeout

Hi All,

 

I have deployed exchange 2013 with iAPP in F5 running 13.1.1.2. I am using APM for authentication ( owa & ecp). Everything is working well except the ecp logout page. When I click the ecp logout page, it gets timed out & does not return to the login screen. How can I troubleshoot this issue Regards Nikhil

    anything in the /var/log/ltm or /var/log/apm at that moment?

     

    is the APM profile listing the ecp logout URI at the log out uri section?

    Hi Boneyard,

     

    Thank you for the response.. I have opened case with the TAC. TAC could see the below from the captures

     

    The logout request from ECP is failing because this process is triggering an error within the APM module. We can see this in the PCAP trace: each logout attempt is getting rejected with this error message: "F5RST: Access encountered an error (Illegal argument)"

    when HTTP_REQUEST { if { [HTTP::uri] starts_with "/ecp/logoff.aspx" } { HTTP::redirect https://[HTTP::header host]/vdesk/hangup.php3 } }

     

    The TAC helped me with the above irule, this irule has resolved the issue .
