Thank you for the response.. I have opened case with the TAC. TAC could see the below from the captures
The logout request from ECP is failing because this process is triggering an error within the APM module. We can see this in the PCAP trace: each logout attempt is getting rejected with this error message: "F5RST: Access encountered an error (Illegal argument)"
