APM behaviour change v11.2 to 11.3

I'm not sure exactly what changed in 11.3HF5. Have a feeling it's related to routing domains but before we upgraded from 11.2 to 11.3HF5 I was able to have my APM front end virtual server in one vlan...

We have been able to run your scenario in 11.3. In our case the routing domain where the webserver is located is the parent of the routing domain where the APM VS is located.
