APM and Kaspersky
Hi everyone
I have a issue :S with the antivisus Karspersky, when I select in the policy that accept the users with "Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10.X, 8.X" antivirus it's no possible to stablish the connection.
but If I change de state, the connection it's possible.
Someone know why is it happening?

well i would then assume that the APM isn't correctly able to determine the state. what does the APM log show?
there isn't a whole lot we can do about that here, i would open a ticket with F5 support to have them determine if their code is broken or you are doing something which causes this.

It is rare because only about this virus, I have others like Avira, Avast, Trendmicro, Fore Front End Point, and works well.

yep, we use this also with a couple of vendors without issues. i would report it to F5, if they fix it that benefits everyone.
