NimbostratusAPM 11.4.1 Remote desktop configuration problem with tmsh
Hi,
I've to configure a lot for Remote Desktops in APM so i tried do that in tmsh using for example: create resource remote-desktop rdp MYRDP { host xpto.domain.com
Then i go to GUI and can see that MYRDP was created but without Caption field configured. (i configure that field through GUI). Then i go to VPE and assign my MyRDP in advanced Resource Assign. Then Apply access policy. Then i make an access test but when i login i can't see MyRDP (created in tmsh) in Webtop. Am i missing something? thank you Best Regards, MC

Thomas_GobetI made the same thing and it works for me.
Just a stupid question (don't hurt me if you had done it), but did you apply your policy before your last connection ?
Also could you give us the result of :
tmsh list apm resource remote-desktop rdp MyRDP
Marco_Castro_11Hi, yes i did .When something doesn't work in APM the first thing i do its apply policy again. apm resource remote-desktop rdp MYRDP { acl-order 33 customization-group MYRDP_resource_remote_desktop_customization host xpto.domain.com partition part-in port ms-wbt-server }

Did you check in Reports if your resource is assigned to your session ?

Divice_138546I'm also having this issue, 11.6.0.
Creating using:-
create apm resource remote-desktop rdp $NAME host $hostname auto-logon enabled domain-source session.ad.last.actualdomain window-size full-screen color-depth 32-bit
Then manually adding a caption in the GUI.
I can assign in VPE but never gets assigned to webtop. When I create with GUI it is fine
- Divice_138546Ignore that, it was an issue with DNS, DNS resolution failed so it didn't show the resource. Better than showing a link to a device with no DNS!!
