APM - Portal Access, Java Applet not loading
hi all,
ran into 1 issue with F5 APM + Portal Access.
i am deploying F5 APM with Authentication to AD and going to a Portal access.
when i launch APM, login everything is working perfectly except when i click on 1 of the link in the portal. i am getting 404 error for the java applet.
And when i check the log on the server, i get alot of this error.
network: Cache entry found [url: https:///webapps/client-lib/bb-vc-client.jar, version: 9.1.110082.0] prevalidated=false/0 network: Cache entry not found [url: https:///webapps/client-lib/bb-vc-client.jar?version-id=9.1.110082.0, version: null]
I have tried configuring the following. Java support option in the virtual server Java patching in the portal access setting.
Would appreciate if anyone could point me at a direction that i can start troubleshooting it.

i would contact F5 support, they will ask you do to some traces and such and will probably be able to handle this easier then we can.
if i would have to troubleshoot this myself i would focus on try to find out what exactly happens on the http level with a tool like firebug or such. then see if you can fiddle with some rewriting options. but still this is lots of testing and trying. support will be better.

Have you checked the java console logs for errors?

When i check the java console error log, the following is what i get. i only extract a couple of the error as most of the error is similar to this.
network: Cache entry found [url: version: 9.1.110082.0] prevalidated=false/0 network: Cache entry not found [url: version: null]
- Just wondering if you got any resolution with this. I am also having some issues with Java coming through the portal.
