hi boneyard, i will try contacting support and see what their advise is.

 

hi kunjian,

 

When i check the java console error log, the following is what i get. i only extract a couple of the error as most of the error is similar to this.

 

network: Cache entry found [url: version: 9.1.110082.0] prevalidated=false/0 network: Cache entry not found [url: version: null]

    Just wondering if you got any resolution with this. I am also having some issues with Java coming through the portal.
