I see this module, but it was tested with only Manager level, not read-only.

Nimbostratusclarify.. you are saying 'admnistrator' when you say 'manager level', correct.
It is a shame that the only access that seems to be provided through iControl is full administrator access. there doesn't seem to be a concept of roles.
