Allow traffic based on API response

Would it be possible to configure an iRule, which calls an API from ThreatMetrix (We use ThreatMetrix to perform fingerprinting of systems for fraud prevention purposes) based on the rating/score returned by the API call to ThreatMetrix the F5 would then make a decision of whether to drop & log the traffic or forward the traffic to a pool.
