Adding new hosts to current DSC, Change Port Channels?

Please excuse the very green question. I currently have (2) F5's that are in production, but are being replaced. The plan was to introduce the devices into the DSC and join the current group, ensure they are up and running, and then cut services over to them. 

As far as the network switch side, I understand I need to use the same vlans as currently in use, but what about any port channels? Will I need new port channels or can I assign the current port channels to the new devices?
