Add parameters at launch.ica

I have a BIG-IP 5250 with f5.citrix_vdi v2.2.0 and iApp 11.6.0. I need add two lines at launch.ica generate for exec my application. The two lines are: ZLKeyboardMode=1 ZLMouseMode=1

 

I need applicate Citrix recomendation for Enable SpeedScreen Latency Reduction (SLR) features on the Web Interface

 

as I can apply these settings?
