Active member in a redundant BigIP configuration?

How do I find which of the two appliances is active in a redudant configuration?

You can use the ITCMLocalLB::Failover::get_failover_state( ) method to find out. FAILOVER_STATE_ACTIVE is obviously the active appliance.
