ACL per Users on LTM License

Hi guys I need your help!   How to Configuration ACL per Users on LTM License ? I already find out this configuration on APM License   Please let me know it if you know this !   Thanks

Hello, I assume you mean you create a management user on Big-IP itself. In this case no, you can not restrict them by IP Address per user. However, you can restrict access by IP Address. Please see the following:
