You have stated that "not all clients are using DNS that is modified by GLB". If so, how are they accessing ? I know it seems like a simple/dumb answer but I am guessing you can identify the clients and make relevant changes for them to use DNS that is modified by GLB. In order to do this, you would have to understand how the clients are connecting, if not through the GLB.
