About the SSL Ciphers

My TMOS edition is 11.3, and I want that my webserver can support TLS1.2 or higher. today I config a SSL profile, when the Ciphers option is set to "DEFAULT", there is no problem, but it can only support TLS 1.0 . When I try to set the other Cipher Suite(such as AES256-SHA256 (0x3d)), it can't be saved, system prompt "01070311:3: Ciphers list 'AES256-SHA256' for profile /Common/szeeSSL denies all clients". I want to know how to set the SSL profile so that my webserver can support TLS1.2 or higher. Thank you.
