Aug 22, 20121600's or 3600's?
We're currently using our hosting vendor's (dedicated) 1600's (v10) but we're exploring getting our own LTMs.
The boxes are primarily used for web sites/web apps, averaging 150,000 visitors a day. Before long we'll upgrade to v11 and we will want to utilize AVR and possibly Web Acceleration (we're currently just using RAM Cache and Compression).
Should we consider moving up to the 3600 or would the 1600 be fine? Whichever we get, we'll probably be stuck with it for the next 3 years.
Thoughts?

Hi Arie,
If you want to run AVR and use the platform for several years, I would look for something bigger than the 1600. The 3900 is a sweetspot in terms of performance/price.
I suggest talking to your F5 or partner SE to get more specific sizing recommendations. You can get in touch with them through f5.com/howtobuy
