Nimbostratus11.4.0 HF3 claiming all ips.
recently installed 11.4.0 HF3 and created vlan interface for the traffic. F5 is responding for all ips in that vlan, causing other actual servers not reachable.

i'm wondering, so do you mean that because of ips connected in certain vlan, other servers become unreachable?

have you checked virtual address? is there 0.0.0.0 virtual address?
