SIRTNote that 11.3.0 is EoSD (End of Software Development - see SOL5903) and therefore will not be receiving any further HF rollups and it is no longer eligible for Engineering Hotfixes either.
I would recommend planning to upgrade away from 11.3.0 as soon as possible to ensure that you can continue to receive updates for both bugfixes and security patches. Better to plan the upgrade and do it on your terms then to have a security issue come up that forces you to upgrade under the gun to get the fix.
