Array status failed - 11.3.0 HF10 [BigIP 8900]

Hello Folks,

 

After receiving a new HDD against the faulty HDD, the new HDD fails to add in array. After pulling the disk back, and putting it inside, shows "Replicating" status, however after a while, it shows fail status again.

 

I have tried to remove and add that particular disk from Array, with no success. Any help?
