Hi I have the next error after relicensing and reboot device "01070712:3: Unable to verify key (/Common/f5_api_com.key) is protected by provided passphrase. Unexpected Error: Loading configuration process failed." and not show me all the modules in resource provisioning

As per error, It seems password doesn't match with existing passphrase
. It will be good to open case with support.f5_api_com.keyError "01070712:3" shows known issue.
Akash9920I am getting the same error while creating the key, do we need to follow a certain format for the key to be valid?
Ran into the same problem today when upgrading a cluster from 13.1.0.1 to 13.1.1 on the standby member. It turned out that the certificate key file that is stored in /config/filestore/files_d/Common_d/certificate_key_d was different than the one that was stored on the active member.
To solve the issue, I replaced the certificate key file on the standby member with the one from the active member. After that the configuration could be loaded successfully.
