have a ltm load on the web server, I want to achieve through the domain name in a manner that directly access the server, but the server via ip address access time to stop off, ask how to achieve?

Apologies but I'm afraid despite your best efforts at English I can't understand your question.Do you want to directly access the server which is behind the BigIP, using the IP address of the server?
If so, create a "IP Forwarding" virtual server. In the destination field chose "Network" and enter the subnet number and mask of the backend.
