Make sure your browser allows to install plugins from this site.

Download and install the software manually.
Click here to download and save a compressed file. This file contains a plugin for your browser.
Uncompress the file, and move content of it into your browser plugins directory.
Click here to restart the session.

Continue without allowing plugins or installing software.

I tried all options with no success

Any work a rounds or solutions?

Thanks
Carlos
  • Have you tried using the java client rather than the native for RDP? You may have more luck. Remember it will have to be enabled the java client both in your RDP policy object and on the VIP itself.

Yes I did try java, but redirect printing does not work. I am using a SSL Certifcate signe by a 3rd party. I wonder if that has anything to do it with?

Also, have you installed the plug-in when prompted in FireFox?
