V9 configuration related question

This isn't exactly a v9 iRules question, but I'm not aware of a v9 system configuration forum in general...

 

 

we've got two BIGIP 3400 units running in an active/standby configuration. Both units are connected and Config Sync'ed. We entered all the VIP, iRules, profile, node information into the 1 active unit. After which we've performed a ConfigSync and synchronized to the peer. Both systems say they are sync and OK. But all the iRules, profiles, VIP information is not showing up on the 2 standby server.

 

 

Does ConfigSync not synchronize the iRules, VIP, node information?
