What's your subnet?
And can the node ping the f5?
(Floating and non-floating addresses)

Have you checked that the ARP table has an entry for the destination IP address?
# tmsh show /net arp | grep 10.103.51.57

As i understand, you have floating and non-floating ip addresses from the node subnet. But ping goes to non-floating ip address not floating. Could you please check to ping your gateway? or any other device from the same subnet.
