There isn't a default SSH monitor. As there have been a couple of posts requesting how to do this, perhaps it would make a good feature request. If you think so you could contact F5 support and ask them to add this into the product. In the meantime, you could create a script which calls the SSH executable and then call that script from an external monitor. You could use one of the example external HTTP monitors from the codeshare as a guide:
