Hi mahjoub,
Upgrade to BIGIP-13.1.3.4 or BIGIP-14.1.2.6 if your plateform are compatible.
Look and read carefully the links below and you should be able to do the upgrade without any problem.

NacreousBIGIP-13.1.3.4 or BIGIP-14.1.2.6 but check the F5 hardware/software compatibility matrix before to choose if you upgrade on a 13.x or 14.x version.
